Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped out 3-14 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. The current processing time (the time it takes to make and package your order), is 1-7 days, with a shipping time (the time it takes to receive your order once dropped off to the post office) is 3-8 days. As we are still at the beginning of our journey, this processing and shipping time is subject to change.

We are not responsible for the package once it is shipped or any lost or damaged packages. You will need to contact the shipping courier directly if there are any issues regarding your order delivery. 

Please ensure that the address you have inputted when placing your order is correct. We are not responsible for packages being lost due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to the sender (us) due to incorrect address or not being retrieved, a refund will not be issued.

As we are just starting, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are only within the UK, with free UK delivery.
