Book Duplicates

Prior to placing an order, customers are instructed to write any note regarding books they have already received through purchasing a bundle from us before. This instruction is there to ensure that books are not duplicated. We cannot offer any exchanges, returns or refunds, if you do receive a duplicate book due to leaving the notes blank.

 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the bundle, we are unfortunately unable to offer and accept returns/ exchanges and refunds. As soon as your order is placed, inventory is ordered and bracelets are made by hand. By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions with consideration to the handcrafted production of the items in your bundle, and accept that all sales are final. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items from delivery services.
